Enovation Expands with Acquisition of Performation
Enovation, a leading provider of digital healthcare solutions, has strengthened its market position with the acquisition of Performation from Gilde Healthcare, a specialised healthcare investor. Performation is a provider of software solutions that optimise the operations of healthcare organisations. This strategic addition broadens Enovation’s product offering and enhances its position as an international SaaS provider for healthcare in Europe. Enovation has been part of Legrand Care (a division of Legrand) since 2024.
Performation supports (healthcare) professionals and patients by keeping healthcare in the Netherlands affordable, accessible and of high quality with innovative solutions. It leverages data and smart solutions, including Patient Pathways, Real World Monitoring, and Healthcare Intelligence. These software solutions help healthcare organisations improve their processes and increase the quality of care, with patients actively participating in their care pathway. The acquisition accelerates Performation’s access to new markets, such as primary care, mental health care, and rehabilitation.
The Enovation platform contributes to the development of sustainable healthcare and addresses important themes such as patient engagement, telemonitoring, and care coordination. With Performation’s software solutions, Enovation can further expand and develop its range of solutions that align with these themes, such as digital care pathways. The merger also strengthens the international market position. Enovation and Performation are already active in many European countries. The expansion of the platform and combined knowledge of the healthcare market offers many new growth opportunities internationally.
