Enovation are delighted to announce a new partnership with Mastercall Healthcare, who recently purchased Blue Prism robotic process automation software from Enovation as part of an ongoing contract. Robotic process automation (or RPA) is a form of business process automation technology, based on metaphorical software robots (bots) sometimes including artificial intelligence (AI)/digital workers.
Based in Stockport near Manchester, Mastercall Healthcare is an award-winning Social Enterprise organisation, providing a range of ‘out of hospital’ healthcare services across the North West of England. They pride themselves as being a patient-centred organisation, providing innovative, safe and effective high-quality care by highly trained, experienced and motivated employees and GP contractors. During 2020 Mastercall went through a successful proof of concept with Enovation, to demonstrate the robot was able to automate tasks previously handled by staff members responsible for reporting on the organisation’s services. These automations meant data flowed from system to system without manual invention. This allowed for accurate and timely reporting by the BI team. The digital worker was able to achieve this while only using a fraction of the potential capacity, reinforcing the benefits that will be recognised by Mastercall when Blue Prism is expanded throughout the organisation.
