For Erasmus MC, Funatic realised a secure Family Centred Intensive Care Portal containing information at one central location that is completely aligned to the admitted patient’s situation. By invitation, relatives can get access to a secure environment, where they can keep a diary and coordinate the various visits. The portal contains relevant reliable information about the patient’s clinical picture, the treatment and the equipment around the bed. Specific information is also available for children.

This information is updated several times a day if required, and relatives are notified directly. This unburdens relatives as well as medical staff.
